Bud Moreland Executive Vice-President | Bud Moreland joined the IPW Executive Team in Aug '02. With 24 career years experience in the printing industry, Bud brings knowledge in both the sales and manufacturing ends of the business. His hands on experience began part time in the bindery and mailing departments of his father’s commercial printing company during his college years. Bud had doors quickly opened with a large commercial printer in the Washington, D.C. area where he advanced to key roles in estimating and sales. He moved to Richmond, VA in '89 as Director of Estimating for WM Brown and Sons, who was later, acquired by Cadmus Communications. With an expertise in estimating and job cost planning, his experience contributed significantly to the team at Cadmus, where along with Dan Bendele, he brought diverse purchasing groups into a solid, unified whole. Prior to joining IPW, Bud was the head of manufacturing for a mid-sized commercial printer. Currently, Bud is making major contributions in Paper Procurement Operations as well as taking an instrumental role in IPW Communications support. |
 Tom Sugg Vice-President Operations | Tom Sugg joined the IPW team in January of 2006. Although relatively new to IPW, Tom has already added a wealth of customer service knowledge along with a desire to serve in management responsibilities. Tom has over 24 years experience in sales management, small business management, and business image development. Tom’s wealth of knowledge, experience, and heart to serve are a tremendous asset to the IPW team. Married to Mary Sugg, IPW’s Administrator, Tom and Mary live in Powhatan, Virginia and enjoy spending time with family and traveling in their spare time. |
