Scott Cole

Vice-President Sales

Scott comes to IPW with a variety of exceptional skills to offer. Sales and customer service are two of the highlights. Scott served 10 years in the United States Air Force, where his team building and problem solving skills were put to the test. His last 4 years in the Air Force he developed and sharpened his sales skills as a recruiter. With over 4 months at one of the most demanding sales schools in the nation Scott laid a foundation for a very successful recruiting career earning numerous production awards.

Following his Air Force career he has been responsible for obtaining and managing accounts with a national automotive painting and refinishing company. His eye for color, fit and finish brings an added dimension to the IPW team. Building relationships is what he does well, that is why his addition to our customer service team is so valuable.

Scott has recently relocated to Powhatan, VA with his wife Heather to be closer to family and take advantage of the opportunity to serve IPW. Scott is also going to school full time where he is finishing up his BS in Marketing. We are excited to utilize his skills in sales and marketing to continue further positioning IPW into the business spotlight. Scott is committed to the IPW team and making exceptional customer service the norm here at IPW.

Mike Bendele

Vice-President

Mike comes to IPW with a tremendous history of team building. For the past 26 years Mike has been teaching and coaching high school youth in Oregon. His teams have had winning seasons every year except one and have competed for the state championship many times.

Mike also coached his two daughters to the state softball championship. He knows how to put together a winner and we are very excited to have his talents join the IPW team.

Mike resides in Oregon with his wife of 31 years, two daughters and a son. Mikes primary responsibility will be working with Hap on customer service for our Western membership.
